1. Do you offer a written contract?
Absolutely! In fact, we require it. Contracts protect you and ensure you get exactly what you’re paying for.

2. Will you be the DJ at our wedding?
Steve Woodham will always be your DJ, once you have agreed to use Wood Brothers Entertainment services.

3. Do you act as the “emcee” and make all of the announcements?
Craig Woodham is your emcee. By having a separate MC, you get professional service, focused on their duties and your needs.

4. May we meet with you in person before we sign a contract?
Absolutely! At Wood Brothers Entertainment we will make time to meet with you and your future spouse to ensure that we completely understand your needs and wants.

5. How long will you hold our date for us?
We can hold your date until 4 weeks prior to your event.

6. Do you work exclusively for this company?
Yes!

7. How long have you been a DJ and how many weddings have you done?
Craig and Steve have been active DJs for the last 20 years.

8. What makes you different from your competitors?
Experience and professionalism is the difference you can expect from Wood Brothers Entertainment. Having worked with a variety of service providers, at all types of events, Craig and Steve have the right experience to work with you and your guests!

9. Will we meet again before the wedding?
Definitely! During your initial meeting with Wood Brothers Entertainment we will schedule a follow-up appointment with you to go over any final details.

10. How involved can we be in selecting music for our event?
We encourage all of our couples to be highly involved in selecting their music! If you need help, let us know and we are happy to provide suggestions.

11. When do we need to submit our music requests and event details?
Your music requests and details are very important. We would like to review these details before you sign any contract, and then again at a follow-up appointment prior to your event.

12. Do you take requests from our guests?
Our first priority is making sure you are happy. Wood Brothers Entertainment will take requests from your guests only if you say it is okay to do so.

13. Can we submit a “Do Not Play” list?
Of course!

14. When do you arrive to set up for our wedding?
We will arrive 2 hours prior to your wedding to set up and run tests on the equipment.

15. What will you wear to our wedding?
The atmosphere of your wedding is what will dictate what clothing Wood Brothers arrives in. From formal tuxedoes or black suits, to super casual khaki pants and button downs, we dress accordingly.

16. What will you wear when you set up and break down your equipment?
We will have polo t-shirts that we wear while setting up and tearing down. This ensures that our clothes we wear during your wedding remain clean.

17. How much of a deposit is required to secure our date?
We require a 50% deposit when signing the contract. The balance is due 14 days prior to your date.

18. What is included in the cost of my event?
We include the DJ, the MC, lighting and any other items added to the contract.

19. What do you require from us?
We require your input! This is your day and we want to make sure you have the best entertainment possible!

20. Do you require a meal?
Though it is customary to feed your entertainment provider, it is not a requirement

21. Do you set up a sign or banner with your equipment?
We do not setup a sign or banner during your wedding. This keeps the focus on you and your guests. We do ask that we be allowed to keep brochures on the DJ table for your guests should they inquire about our services.
